Latitude Building Consultancy is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors providing architectural building surveying and project management services across a wide range of sectors in both commercial and residential property, and across all parts of the private and public sectors.
The company was founded by Sanjiv Patel who has extensive experience stretching over 22 years.
Our team are all Chartered Building Surveyors with the capability to deliver sound, reliable advice from a solid base of qualified and experienced surveyors. We offer a personal yet highly professional service. We recognise the need for a flexible and adaptable approach in order to meet our clients’ objectives and project requirements, whilst maintaining integrity and professional standards. We provide an honest and transparent service to our clients with the aim to provide a long term working association.

Ultimately, this understanding is the key that helps us to provide the best services at the right time. It also helps us to develop long-term client relationships, which we value above all else.
From our bases in both London and the East Midlands, we work alongside our clients throughout the UK to determine critical project risk issues and ascertain the most suitable procurement method. We advise on professional team and contractor selection, realistic cost and programme targets and manage the total construction process, from concept to completion.
